My little one is turning 1 in a few weeks! Any tips on getting her to eat more of a variety of food.
She’ll refuse most things unless it’s avocado, pasta and bread 😂

Very similar here - has her favourite foods and hesitant to try other things.
My daughter also loves avocado so I create a mash of avocado and egg and put that on toast for breakfast. I also add something alongside that I would like her to ‘try’ but no pressure for this.
With the pasta, I get creative with sauces or things that I mix with it. E.g. adding shredded chicken, spinach in the hopes that she will be accidentally eating these foods 😂
I also find that if I’m ’cooking’ or making something for myself, if I hand her a piece she will eat it because I am. That’s also another way she might try something just because mum is having it and I’m not in my high chair so it seems special 😂

Yes!! Anything I grab when she’s not in the high chair she will happily eat!
Loves anything in pouches so I’ve been trying to get creative with that!
Hoping it’s just a phase cause she used to be pretty good!
