Hi! I’ve always been a belly sleeper and no matter how hard I try to sleep in my side, whenever I wake up in the night I’m always on my belly. I’m 25+4, is this ok?

I believe general advice is it's okay to sleep on your stomach the further you get along the more uncomfortable it will become anyway so you will probably end up on your side. Its sleeping on your back that's more of an issue in pregnancy due to compressing the major vessel that delivers bloods to the uterus x

I’m the same, I try to prop a pillow at my side to stop myself from full on flat sleeping, so I’m more at an angle that’s still comfortable to be on my “front” I’m 22w and haven’t changed my sleeping habits much xx

I tend to sleep in the recovery position. Baby girl will give me a good kick if she's uncomfortable

It’s usually from 28 weeks side sleeping is recommended my belly now stops me from rolling only my front 😂
