No dummy

So glad to read this, we are looking to remove our little girls dummy as we think that’s why she keeps wakening up so much at night. Xx

it’s definitely changed alot we thought we better remove it before he gets to the age where he gets addicted to it too! Definitely worth a go xx

What's the best way to get rid? Just take them off her cold turkey or gradually? X

How did you manage? Mine won't settle back to sleep without it x

awh yayy!!! It’s so worth it! Isn’t it I feel like he’s eating and drinking more water in the day too without it! X

I done it in the morning so he had a fresh day without it and went completely cold turkey, it was hard at the beginning but he falls asleep so much easier now! X

just got to push through it that’s what we had too, just had to go rock and pat bum when he was waking but now he doesn’t look for it at all and falls back to sleep a lot easier

I just went completely cold turkey, and pushed through all the tough naps and nights and I would say after a week of hard nights and days he was absolutely amazing after a week it was like he never had a dummy in the first place xx
