I was helping my parents get one of their cats In a kennel and he doesn’t like to be picked up or be in the kennel and I had to grab him under a chair and get up really fast and having a little bit of pain should I be concern I’m 20 weeks pregnant

Is it an outdoor cat? If you're concerned, you can get a blood test just to be safe.
No, probably just pulled a ligament or something while going down to get him. I’d probably feel the same if had to do that and I’m not pregnant.
