I’m in a very similar position, I’m not happy but have a toddler and another due in a few weeks but it feels like an impossible thing to leave because of them

Felt this when I was pregnant.. your not alone you have your baby take care of yourself and the baby that’s growing inside you 💯 it will pass whatever your going thru .
