The Lansinoh ones, hands down the best disposable. Held loads and didn’t budge.

I found reusable ones the best. Especially if you’re sore. The don’t stick to your skin as much and are softer

Boots own brand were great for me. Held a fair bit when i had a let down when breastfeeding in the early weeks x

I use the tesco ultra ones , good coverage and stick really well
