No putting this on here for attention.
I made the decision to potty/toilet train my 22 months old. We started on Thursday and we went straight into ‘knickerpants’ as she calls them. The first day was really stressful and repetitive but the second day got a lot easier (except from the very early wake up call).
The first day I put her in pull ups for a nap just in case and as soon as she was up (with a dry nappy) she went to sit on the toilet. By the end of the day she was saying she needed a wee when she started to dribble then was off the toilet 20 secs later.
The second day she was holding her wee for a few hours and only had 2 accidents and was actively telling me when she needed a wee.
The third day is still early but she was able to take her night time nappy off and sit straight in the toilet for a few minutes and an hour later I saw her fidgeting so put her in her potty and she did the biggest morning wee on it.
I thought I couldn’t toilet train this fast or be so proud of my LG but if you take the right steps and over praise them they will master it in a few days.
