3rd trimester pain at 30 weeks

I'm having the same. I'm going to the chiropractor regularly and it helps

I’ve been trying to stretch more and do what I can since I can’t afford a chiropractor right now and nothing is really helping. I tried taking a gas relieve also in case it was gas build up and that didn’t even really help

Yeah right at 29 weeks the pelvic/hip/joint pain kicked in like clock work and was been annoying for about two weeks. Literally when I get out of bed or off the couch, I cripple walk like a creature for the first 20 seconds 😅

Does it feel like your stomach is full of gas? Even laying here I’m just in pain and feel like I have gas stuck in my stomach and nothing is passing

It could be a combination of round ligament pain and sciatica and pelvic pressure since baby is the heaviest they’ve ever been at about 3 lbs try using a belly band to lift some of the weight off your pelvis and make sure you’re drinking enough water dehydration can reek havoc on your body at this point. And make sure to rest I know even resting hurts but it might help. I’ve been using a rice sock as a heating pad on my back and belly and it help relieve some of the soreness I feel

I've been having similar to this lately. For me it is a mixture of gas and round ligament pains

Same here but my shoulders hurts between my shoulder blades and I have been having the god awfulest stomach cramps

So basically my pregnant is just awful for everyone
