My son literally does not eat whatever I give him.
He does enjoy crackers, toast& of course quavers. He eats turkey dinosaurs,Nuggets, sometimes sausages.
But anyway since he been weaned he just refuses to eat anything.
He won’t touch: meat,fruit/veg,pasta,potatoes
Anyone else’s toddler the same? Will he grow out of this?

Yes same story to my little girl

my two year old is the same. He only eats bananas, apples (inside the pancakes), organges (only sucks them), meatballs or chicken. So basically his meals are always the same. If I give me anything else he won't touch it. I guess the trick is to hide fruits and veggies in other foods. e.i: mixing grated apples and bananas with pancakes, and mixing carrtos, celery, onions etc on the tomato sauce for the pasta that he eats with meatballs. it is really frustrating but know you are not the only one as I am here struggling with the same issue
it’s so difficult and just hope it’s a thing he will grow out of and he will eventually start trying different foods x
Yeaah I think I’m going to have to try different methods. But. Ugh so annoying

My boys exactly the same! We went to see a nutritionist and they recommended the monkey smoothies you can get in supermarkets as they boost another 100kcals per drink and then just feed him what he eats, it won’t hurt him and Atleast he’s eating!x

My LG is the same, she'll eat pasta (as long as it's cut quite small so she can swallow it without chewing). She'll eat bananas, loads of crackers, nuggets, a couple of chips, toast, bread, and recently has taken to eating a jam sandwich. Other than that... Not a chance. God help her when she starts nursery in September!

If he's happy eating, what he's eating, then just give him what he likes. Fed is best at the end of the day. X
I will have a look at those x
okay thank you.

My son is exactly the same! He's been so fussy since weaning! Lunch is dairylea sandwich and crisps. Only fruit he will eat is strawberries, blueberries and bananas so that's my saving grace really!
Does he like baked beans? I've found that if I mix things in baked beans he will eat it better.
The only veg he will eat is peas and sweetcorn mixed and that is only recently and he's 2 now. Maybe if you put some on the side with his nuggets and see if he picks at them?
Mine won't eat potatoes at all.
Pasta I can get away with spag bol and lasagne, does he eat those? That's the only meat mine will touch too!
Don't worry too much, I've spent the last year worrying about it but at the end of the day as long as he's eating and happy then that's all that matters! Doesn't matter what it is really, there's alot of pressure over what foods to give children etc but sometimes it's not as easy as that so give yourself a break 😊

let me know how it goes!

Luckily my girl is a good eater but I used the what mummy makes recipe books and there's a few where you can hide veg. If he'll eat pasta with sauce there's a pea pasta recipe that's yummy and I also make my own nuggets which have cheese and broccoli blended in with chicken. I wont lie a bit messy to make and set aside time but it's hidden nutrition again x
