Base:
Frozen bananas
1/2 cup of milk
1 tablespoon of almond butter
1 scoop of protein powder
*Make sure you blend until smooth and scrap down blender as needed, more liquid you use the less thickk it'll be.
Topping:
Granola
Hemp seeds
Chocolate chips
Frozen berry mix
Creamy peanut butter
