Hi
Is anyone using any over the counter meds for constipation relief? I am eating mainly fruits at the moment and I do drink a lot of water but I do have a quite bad case of morning sickness so I struggle to keep stuff down/ eat things because everything sucks. At the moment my safe food is cereal and peaches… I know milk should be my enemy with constipation at the moment but I am just so limited whit what I can keep down. Is there anything anyone can recommend?
Thank you x

I’ve been adding benefiber to my drinks 😅
My diet is weird, so I’m sure I’m not having enough fiber 😅

Prune juice! You can probably add it to the milk if your struggling to keep food/drink down

I went to the pharmacy and got lactulose. I only use it when I’ve not gone for three or more days. I try to rely on natural items. I find I can eat dry fibre cereals slowly and keep it down. As well as raspberries and eating small amounts of dates.

Zita west do a 1st trimester bundle and it includes this. They are so good! I still get bloated - but the constipation is so much better

Prunes and all bran (fibre) cereal
