My 2 year old daughter is being referred for behavioural issue, they are thinking autism or adhd, however it is a very long process and my child is going to seriously hurt herself.
Any tips on how I can stop my daughter from head butting everything. When I say everything I mean cot, coffee table, floor, doors and walls. For no apparent reason she will be playing one minute and then head butting the next. She never sleeps I am lucky to have her in bed by 1am. Please any tips for a very tired and worried mummy.

You know her best but head butting is also quite normal thing to do at this stage it's linked to their development where they cannot express their emotions. My son head butt my legs, sometimes run head first into them and I've realised it attention seeking so when Im talking to people. So I'm starting to teach touch mummy hand when you want to speak which is hard cause he doesn't understand really 😭 it could also be her way of dispelling energy maybe she needs high energy activities in the afternoon?
