First Trimester Nausea

I’m 9 weeks and I just feel sick all the time. I can get down some fluid and my meds but if I’m not drinking I feel sick. I seem to be able to stomach stodgey foods but half an hour later nausea is back and acid reflux. I’m living mostly on fluids. Any ideas?

I’m trying to avoid meds if I can. I’ve been taking gaviscon as needed.

Hang in there! Around 10 weeks the nausea starts to dissipate. Try to eat multiple, small meals throughout the day.

Didn’t work for me as I was diagnosed with HG by 6 weeks and was throwing up 20+ times a day, but it works for my sister!

What name suits her?

We got AI to create what our daughter may look like. What would you name her?

Diarrhoea after a prenatal massage

Apols if this is TMI however, I had a prenatal massage in the morning for 90mins - at times I did feel the therapist was quite firm with her hands and I told her to apply less pressure. Anyway, I woke up at 1:30am with the urge to go to the toilet and experienced loose bowels/diarrhoea. Has anyone ever experienced this after a prenatal massage? Not sure if it’s the massage/release of toxins or just a random one off incident. I didn’t eat anything heavy/dodgy for dinner. I have felt baby move around since! So random with the loose bowels?!

Second time labour

Hey so I posted this in the second time mum group but also wanted to post here. I had an emergency c-section after being induced with my first but heard second baby comes quicker/earlier and wanted to see if that was true for any mums who had a c-section with their first as I plan to have another c-section this time round.
