It's been 3 weeks since my 4 months old has been showing signs of sleep regression. Her first night nap was 4-6 hours and then she asked for feed every 2-3hours sleeping from 8pm till 10am.
Now it's a struggle to her to bed at all! Sometimes she would fall asleep at 7pm, sleep for 15 mins and wake up screaming from exhaustion, rubbing her eyes and yawning, won't take the bottle, won't settle again until 12-1am and she would just cry most of the time. Same thing with naps she would fall asleep sometimes literally for a couple of minutes and wake up crying as she is exhausted. She would sleep only 15 mins to an hour max at a time! It's worse than when she was a newborn! I'm completely exhausted and I manage to sleep 3-4 hours daily.
She is also teething since she was 12 weeks and the tooth seems to be in the same stage of growing ever since she was 2 months and seems to cause her discomfort. We tried teething gels, teething granules, Paracetamol, teething toys, cold teething toys and nothing improved her sleep.
I have literally tried everything possible to help her sleep and NOTHING works at all, only resulting in more crying, kicking like hell, slapping and scratching me (and I wasn't even able to cut her nails for weeks because of her sleep regression).
I don't know what else to do, my husband can take over in the evening at 7pm when he comes back from work which might give me an hour or two extra hours of sleep but he wakes up early to go to work so he can't be looking after her overnight and my body is starting to shut down and I'm literally falling asleep unwillingly in random positions during the day. I'm afraid I'm just going to collapse with her in my arms...
When will this be over???

It can take around 6 weeks usually lovely I'm sorry to say.
Can someone come over to help when he's in work for you? How are you feeding? How's her latch? Any signs of reflux, allergies or or dysfunction like dribbling milk, lips curled in and not flanged fully, clicking when feeding and losing suction?
I'd stop trying for a set bed time and follow babes cues instead for now while she's so unsettled.
As for naps I'd try a carrier, proximity can help and if you'd feel open to it, bed sharing can help massively.
It may also not be teething in the traditional sense if one hasn't erupted yet lovely. It is uncommon but also this is the age/stage their saliva glands start to work and they also find their hands, so they're producing lots more and it really upsets their stomachs causing discomfort that can disturb them too xo
