Learn more about our guidelines.thank you!❤️ I have a planned C there in a few weeks and having been to triage a few times I have seen varying treatment of women giving birth which is giving me a lot of anxiety at the moment, going into the final weeks..
i think I saw this doc at triage the other day! That is so great to hear and thank you for sharing this very special picture!❤️ Hope the rest of your pregnancy goes smoothly🥰🙏🏼

I am freaking out! The care in the triage is horrific!
Triage was terrible indeed but my birth there ended up being great!!

Hi! Congrats for the birth of your baby !
Was it via a planned c-section? If so can you kindly share how was the experience ? I ll have mine in less than 2 weeks due to preeclampsia!
It was meant to be an elective C-section but ended up being an emergency one about a week earlier due to lack of movements and fetal distress. They were very professional and got her out quickly and smoothly - didn’t feel any pain or discomfort at all. From going to triage to baby coming out it took about 2-3 hours in total.

Thank you ! How was the recovery ? X
Surprisingly smooth! Everyone seemed to say that recovery from a c-section is hell - the first 3 or 4 days were tricky but now at week 2 I feel back to normal! I would definitely choose a C-section again (just without the worrying emergency this time!).

I had the section 36 hours ago and the stomach area is so sore ! Getting up and sitting down is so painful ! But I walked since this morning even though it’s painful ! How long does it take to become better ? X
Congratulations! For me it was difficult to walk and move around for about 3-4 days. In the first 2 days I also always felt faint/dizzy even after the shortest walk but I kept at it and it got better really quickly! i had cold ice tea and orange juice at my bed and a few sips of sth cold and sugary helped me feel better after the walk and dizziness. I hope you feel better very soon! Let me know if any questions I could help with.
