How does everyone go about getting their little ones to bed at roughly the same time every night? My lo is coming up 6 months old and his bedtime always depends on when his last bottle of the day falls. I’m just curious as to what everyone else does

Dinner 5:30pm
Bath 6:30pm
Last bottle 7:30pm falls asleep drinking 9oz doesn’t usually finish it tho x
He’s just turned 6 months

I found the easiest way to get a set bedtime was by making a routine! So I started waking up at 7 every morning (after a couple of days of the alarm my boy started waking up between 6.30 and 7 naturally) and then I’d give his first bottle between 7 and 7.30 and now we have pretty much the same routine every day! He will have his last bottle between 7 and 7.30 depending on how hungry he is and will be asleep by 8 unless we are out and then it’s usually by 9 (I put this down to him not having his bed/routine gets thrown out slightly when we aren’t at home)

what time does your little one get up in the morning? I had a routine where I woke him up at 5am for a feed and last feed was at 9pm but I let him wake me today and he woke up at 6am. Trying to fit all his bottles, weaning and naps into each day feels like a minefield x

Baby is just shy of 6 months- he has a bottle 7am, 11am, 3pm, 7pm. He naps 9-10 and 12:30 ish until 2/2:30ish then another nap 4:15/4:30 for half hour! When we introduce food, I’ll feed him breakfast at 8/8:30am or dinner at 5pm xx

I give a feed whether he's due or not, always aim for a 7pm bedtime.
