Wtf? He really had to go and make it about himself, instead of helping you out/tending to things that you shouldn’t do anyway?? I would tell him straight up how annoying it is and how he needs to step in with certain things 🙄

Have you tried sitting down with him and expressing to him how you feel and try to get on an emotional level vs the heat of the moment kind of thing?

he does help more than most men that work full time. It is less that I was doing stuff and more his attitude about it.

@Shelby, we argue often about stuff like this. I know I am not the best at cleaning and I do get overwhelmed easily, but he has never been good at the emotional stuff and I bottle stuff up so no.

Here is the thing you are injured, you are under doctors orders not to do x, y, and z. So don't do them! No matter how badly they need done. Instead ask your hubby to do them. Yes, it is going to take way longer to get them done and yes you will have to remind him to do it twice. But please let/make him do it! It is important that you rest your arm and let it heal!
