I got a positive on a cheap Asda test when I was pregnant with my son.
I’ve heard it’s unlikely to get a false positive so I’d be more inclined to believe the positive result.
Did you take all three tests on the same day? I’m just wondering if the negatives are the result of not using the first wee of the morning.

Hello Amy, thanks for the response...the first two were not in the morning..to be more specific...the first test with Asda test kit 5 days before missed period came negative...the second test with Asda that I did yesterday afternoon since there was unusual 2 days period delay firstly came out negative then after few could hours it turned to faint positive..like a blur pink line..which is why I did it in the morning again with Sainsbury's one and it turned out to be negative

do you mean it turned positive after a couple of hours? If so you can't look at them after 5 minutes as this would be an evaporation line. Must only look within the testing window

yes initially it showed negative but after couple of hours I saw this line ( the first one)

ah so that's an invalid result then I'm afraid. Wait a couple of days and test again, throw away the test after you've looked at it at 5 minutes

if the pink line came up after a few hours then it can’t be counted as a positive. I think you’re supposed to only take the result at the 3 minute point

Letting go of embryos

I had a cycle in 2024 that led to 3 embryos and a successful pregnancy on the 2nd transfer. I now have a 10 month old and an extra embryo still in storage.

We are 99% convinced that we'll be one and done for various reasons, but Ive just received a bill for next year's storage and I'm struggling to decide what to do.

Pay £425 for another year or decide now and be done for good? The clinic sent a reminder and I knew this was coming, but it still feels quite rushed and final.

How did you decide you were done? I'm 41 this year, which is another factor.

Any other 3-weekers here?!

Hi girls, congrats to those in this group so far!

I’m super impatient so I started testing from 8 DPO 😅 got my faint line then and now dark line at 11 DPO. Feels surreal as I didn’t find out this early with my first and I’m not even due my period yet. Anybody in the same boat? 😅

One on one time with each child

Advice please - if you have more than one child, how do you give one on one time to each child? Or how did your mom do this?

I have three and I’ve always thought time should be spent together as a family but I’ve been told that not giving one on one attention to each child can cause resentment.

I’m wondering how I can do this?
Do you take one child to the mall and leave the others at home?

Pregnancy

I don’t know if it’s my hormones but I really want to have another baby, I don’t know if I sound daft but the second I gave birth I was constantly saying I want more, I don’t know if I just want to relive the days from my baby being a newborn or if I want another child it’s just constantly on my mind, I’ve always said since a child that I wanted 10 babies but I will not be carrying that number out! Maybe 5 🫣
