Twinkly lights!
I did Hypnobirthing, but even postpartum, the twinkly lights made the room so much cozier and less sterile. I was so freaking tired from a 36 hour labor and contractions for a week before that, so the twinkly lights and other cozy items were super key in helping me bond while so frazzled.
