You can add a bottle at any time after he finishes the boob. I have similar things, but each day, we are getting better. at times, I use lanisloh latch assist as I have quite flat nipples it helps.

You could put a Hakka on the left boob while he latches and feeds from the right. Then feed the expressed milk from the left boob to him through a bottle!

good shout will try this!

It could be that he has tension on one side of his body. Try the Ruby hold for the problem side and see how that goes

Has your little one been checked for tongue tie? My daughter has a tongue tie and you’ve just described exactly what we were experiencing. Went ahead with the division and she feeds like a dream now

Agree with the comments about birth tension and checking for oral ties!
It can feel okay, but the latch might still not be optimal on the right side, and it might hurt on the left side if he does have tension which is making his latch worse/shallower. Despite not looking as if anything is different.
Your supply will be regulating at the moment, I would try and hold off for the bottle for a couple more weeks if you can, just whilst your body is working out how much milk little one needs.
