Baby goes to bed around midnight

Anyone else’s baby goes to sleep late? Any earlier sleep he considers as a nap. I see most mums say around 7-8.

Mine goes sleepy around 9-10, but she goes to her bed around 11pm, that's her proper sleep and she wakes up fairly late too. Now it's a bit earlier, I think due to sleep regression. I'd like to think as it works for us, why bother? I was always an owl type person as a child too, so waking up early was always problem, maybe she'll prefer to stay up late, who knows. But we will cross that bridge when we get there. At the moment, this is what works for us.

My little one will go to bed anywhere between 9-11:30. He does not want to go to bed any earlier and we know if we try to put him down at 7 we will just have crying etc so we are just following his lead hoping he may get earlier as time goes on… the positive side is he does tend to sleep through till between 5-7am, I much prefer a later bed time and then an okay wake up time!
I may regret not trying for an earlier sleep in a few months time but for now it’s working for us 😌

Yes mine usually comes to bed with me between 10-midnight. It works well for us at the moment, but at some point she’ll go earlier, not in a rush for that though.

Mine has a nap around 7pm, wakes up between 8:30-9 for a last bottle then goes asleep for the night. Most of the time by 9:30 but can be 10.

I find her sleep really depends on her bottle timings rather than nap timings up to now. Maybe look at these and see if you can shift any earlier?

Roughly we have 5pm, 8:30pm then sleep but obviously at this age it can vary a bit we just aim for this x

Leaky nappy help

What nappies are you using to stop leaks?? We use pampers ultra dry size 5, and for the past few nights he has lashed through and we’ve had to completely change him during the night. Last night he leashed through twice!! He sleeps on his front and stays leaks through at the top of his leg where the tabs connect. Didn’t know whether to size up, he has a bit of a belly on him but he’s smack in middle of weight guidance so shouldn’t need too

Am I wrong?

I’ve been wanting to add more garden beds to my garden. Husband says “hey do you want to go to Home Depot to get that wood for the garden beds.” Cool I’m excited I’ve been wanting to get this done for awhile.

We get there and we’re picking out wood and I make 2 comments about how I don’t like how 2 pieces of wood look that he picked out. And he says if you’re going to be this picky then u can do this yourself.

I literally made 2 comments and mind you I’m the one paying for the wood.

I felt dismissed and like my opinion didn’t matter and if I wanted to have an opinion then I need to do it myself. Like what?

It was rude and not okay. Am I wrong? Am I overreacting?

He thinks it was fine that he said that.

5.30am wakeups 😫😴

My 15 week old has started waking up about 5.30am and is really hard to settle back down - it’s like he thinks it’s time to wake up for the day. He used to go to bed at 9pm and was up at 8am but now he goes to bed between 7.30-8pm as he’s knackered by then but waking up at 5.30am😴. Any advice to get him to sleep a little longer in the morning?! Even an extra hour would be lovely 🤣
