Hello mums!
I've been co-sleeping with my twins since they were born 4 months ago, each on one side of me. On the bed, no cribs as they don't accept it. They're in their sleep regression so the sleep is very light. Also, they move around a lot, safely thanks to the bed fences. Lots of nights I can't stand being in a sandwich, so I end sleeping at the bottom of the bed, or just sitting avoiding kicks and punches from each other. I don't know what I can do, they like to sleep in touch with me (me too) and it's easier to breastfeed but I'm so tired I need to rest at least one night for more than 2 or 3 hours.
How do you co-sleep with twins? Any advice?
Although I'm not ready yet... When and how did you end it?
Thanks in advance! :)

I accidentally co slept with my Twins😂 had a cot right next to me bed which most nights they would settle well, night feeds is usually when they ended up in my bed as I was so exhausting from constant feeding that in the night I'd conk out while feeding, or simply just having cuddles before bedtime and would fall asleep with them on my chest. But eventually I'd lay my top or my blanket in their cot and they started to settle every night in there. As yours are used to sleeping in with you I'd start with nap time in their own bed add something that smells of you
