Is anyone on a 4hr window yet? I just extended my baby to 3.5hrs but they’re fighting sleep and naps so much now I think it might need to go to 4?

I think we might need to as she’s not happy at her 2nd nap and bedtime 😬 we’ve only just moved to 2 naps as well!

I wish! Every 2 hours at the moment and only contact naps
it’s exhausting isn’t it 😂 he was having really short naps so I extended his wake window by 30 mins and thought I’d cracked it but now I’ll have to extend again! 🫠
ah! you’re at the other side of it! I’d just say enjoy the peace and quiet and having an excuse to just sit down for a little while. Trying to keep mine entertained for 4hrs is exhausting!

My little one goes anywhere from 1.5-4 hours without a nap😩

exactly the same here! I really thought she would be napping in her cot by now but nope:(

it’s exhausting I have to rock her to sleep too

same here girl! Rocking, shhing, tv on loud and patting her bum! I’m sweating by the time she’s finally fell asleep on me🤣

so so glad I’m not on my own as sometimes I feel like I am

Mine was awake for 4 hours this morning, not by my choice lol but we were out and she decided to not sleep in the car

FIVE hours am just now!!! Rocking, shushing, taking him out in the buggy, everything tried !
Finally had to feed to sleep

We are, he just fell into it once we upped his meals to three times a day (bottle every 4 hours). He wakes from his second nap around 1.30pm then doesn't go back to sleep until bed time at 6pm
wow! What time does he get up if he’s going to bed at 6pm? Mine goes to bed at 7:30 and still has us up at 5am 🫠

feel free to message me girl, I am in the exact same boat!

He gets up anytime between 6am-7am, has a bottle and down again until 9.30, which is when he wakes for his breakfast. I have no idea how it happened, he just decided that's how he'll sleep, not that I'm complaining! 😂
