We currently have a sofa bed in our little girls bedroom. It’s come in very handy (especially long newborn nights and regressions), but she now uses it as a prop to help her climb in/out of her cot.
Can I ask if you still have armchairs or similar in your little ones nursery and whether I need to replace the sofa bed with an armchair or just get rid completely and free up space? My partner and I can’t agree whatsoever!
Thanks in advance!!

We did have a nursing chair but got rid a few months ago hadn’t needed anything had a few regressions and wished we still had something in her room as we do have the odd night where she wakes up then just ends up in our bed

I have a recliner chair which doubles as a climbing frame according to my little boy 😂

We have a single bed which we're actually probably going to keep indefinitely. It was really useful for every sleep regression, and we cuddle her to sleep on it every night before transferring her to her cot. She also likes playing in it, will tuck herself and her toys in as a game.
However, she has an enormous bedroom so there is plenty of room for it and to have it away from her cot so no danger of climbing in and out. She may have a big room, but our house is quite small with very limited storage, so it's also extremely useful to just have for underbed storage.
If we didn't have room for it I'd probably consider making a spot with big cushions large enough for me to be comfy too - for reading books with my daughter.
