Has anyone on the other side of the 4 month regression got through it whilst still using a dummy? She needs multiple dummy replacements a night at the moment and worried that she won’t come out of the regression
If constantly being soothed with it. Anyone come out the other side with dummy?

Yes, our LO was only in sleep regression for a week, he's out of it now and still has his dummy. We started some very mild sleep training at the same as the regression so he has sort of learnt to sooth himself with his hand too, but if he whinged for more than 4 or 5 minutes we would go and put the dummy back in. Hopefully you'll be out of the other side soon! Xx

We ended up ditching the dummy!

In the same boat, would love to get rid of the dummy, but he gets so worked up. how did you ditch it?

it was at the point where it was waking him up more throughout the night as it would fall out and need replacing constantly, and he seemed a bit fed up so we decided to stop removing it. Which is difficult because now he needs some sort of swaying or rocking but he's also now using his hands to attempt to soothe.

Our LG slept through the night after her vaccinations last night from 1030pm and still sleeping. She woke once only at 6.30am for a dream feed. She uses her dummy and I did used to keep putting it back in but she's found her hands and doesn't really need the dummy when she's in deep sleep anymore...I think there's finally light at the end of the tunnel!

My little girl has started rejecting her dummy completely the past couple of weeks. So there have been lots of tears and upset from her as I haven’t been able to soothe her with the dummy 😩
How long did you let her moan for when sleep training and at what point did you go back in
