Not sure where the nearest group is. It did run in dragons den but I think they now only run in abercynon. There’s lots of free groups around including one in cwmaman called jelly tots and there was also one in cwmbach community school not sure if that still runs. Little phonetic gymnastics hall in cwmbach run groups Wednesday + Friday which are also lovely but I believe there’s a waiting list. I’m now back in work so don’t do groups anymore and believe a couple have recently stopped running X

i did the same after seeing it on facebook too! i did have it before but never used it. no idea what i’m doing 😵‍💫 i’m also on the look out for baby groups my son is 12 weeks now 😊

story babies is now run in the country park. There is a Facebook and Instagram page. I can’t reccomend the group enough each session is planned with so much detail and each week is different. There were a couple of groups running in dragons den including Charlie’s angels but I’m not sure if they still are as I’ve been back to work for over a year. You could contact dragons den directly to find out if there are still any groups. There was also one there called moo music. Noticed you live in trecynon I’m sure there’s a church that runs free groups there

Also just remembered (it feels like so long ago) my HV gave me a piece of paper with a big list of local groups including free ones. It’s worth asking your HV as they should be able to advise

oh fab i will look into that sounds great! yes they have the Oasis one in trecynon we’re on the waiting list for that 😊 awh i never thought of asking health visitor! i shall do that thanks so much x
