Blowing on a younger baby's face makes them hold their breath and close their eyes a lot of the time. I guess it can happen in the car with the wind, but I've always had my front windows down and just left the back windows up. Too much wind can also cause earaches. It's more don't go faster speeds with the windows down

Depends on the weather, and day time. If it’s cold outside obviously is bad. However I would think the cold wind in the head would give them a headache. (That’s my personal feeling)

Never heard of this so following

Some people say it causes colic

Are you referring to aircon or having the windows down? I’m curious how wind would be on their face if they were in a rear facing car seat? (Unless you have a baby fan?.. which I wouldn’t point at their face?)

I do it all the time. In fact, I read that having a fan on in your room reduces the risk of sids. I don't see any difference between gentle wind blowing and a fan. I've been doing both this since my baby girl was a newborn.
Edit: I leave my car windows slightly open

Having the windows down in the car. Agreed. With a rear-facing car seat the wind isn't blowing directly on the baby's face, but it does swirl around in the back seat.

I have a mini fan I attach to the car seat so he doesn’t get too hot in the back seat of my car. It’s wireless I’d say I vest in one if you can! Just needs to be charged every once in a while!

I’m sure the breeze is fine - it would be the other things I’d be worrying about - pollution, pollen, car fumes, dust etc. but I’m sure commonsense would prevail in those situations ☺️
