Does anyone's little one hate nappy change? I know it's probably very common but mine kicks and screams and cries and it's worrying me. It's been a problem since she started nursery a few weeks ago. I asked the nursery and they said she's ok with changing so I'm not sure what to think. She's very independent and doesn't like being held, so it may be related to that.
Is anyone experiencing anything similar? And how do you deal with it?

My son has been like this since 10 months. Since then I started using pull ups so it is a quicker process. Only the last few weeks has he started being a bit more chill, stands and pops his legs in for me etc. my issue was mainly he would scream and roll away and I couldn’t get a nappy on so pull ups helped

Yup, currently we’re doing all nappy changes standing up 😂
I have to kneel next to her and distract her with a book, and even then I have to be sooooo quick before she runs away. Absolute nightmare, v much hoping it’s just a phase

My little boy is the same! 30% of the time he's happy on the change mat and the rest of the time he hates being led down on his back for a nappy change/to get dressed. He can't walk yet and usually doesn't roll away and stand up thankfully, so that's one bonus! But he cries so much and I'm running out of new, interesting things to distract him with 😬

Yup same!
Similarly nursery said they don't have any issues... and she isn't like it with her dad either..it's literally just me.
Just have to do it as quickly as possible, use pull ups, sing and hope for the best but I dread nappy changes tbh. I darent even do it in public just for the hassle !!
