Pikler triangle set or nugget couch?

I am thinking of getting my LO either a pikler triangle set or a nugget couch for her first birthday. Those of you who have had experience with either- which would you recommend more?

We got the pikler but if we had the space definitely would have went with some sort of nugget couch type thing. We got ours around 7 months old though so it was used constantly from then till maybe a year when he started walking and he kinda lost interest, and now we bring it out for the slide mostly, but I feel like with the couch he'd be using it constantly and would be getting more use as he grows as well for making forts etc

My nanny kiddo has a nugget. I hate this thing šŸ˜‚

We have both, both are great. It really depends on what you want out of it. Want to build forts, nugget type couch. If you want them to have a good place to climb, Pickler triangle set. There are other brands aside from nuggets so definitely look into your options before settling on that brand.

We have two nugget couches and they are amazing. Kids love them and are great especially for rainy days when stuck inside. We also have stair slides that we use with them for extra fun. My kids are 4 and 1.5 and we have had them for almost 2 years and they have held up amazing and still look brand new.

I have the costco version of the nugget couch and my baby has loved it since 9 months old! She loves climbing into the holes of big pieces (only costco version has that)

My friend has a nugget knockoff and she said if she knew then what she knows now she would never have bought it

did she say why? Is there something she wishes she had bought instead?

Yes, she said it's incredibly annoying to pick up all the time and that her kids mostly end up fighting or injured while playing with it.

Nugget couch alternative-fort building kit. It’s great as it can be used to climb or build and it grows with kids

We have the pickler triangle and love it

Baby moisturiser (UK)

What are we using for baby moisturisers please ladies?
I started with aveeno because he has sensitive skin and had a lot of rashes when he was born, just can’t afford to spend Ā£9 a bottle when we use it every day!šŸ˜®ā€šŸ’Ø
We’ve tried Aldi moisturiser and Johnson’s moisturiser, they are ok, just wondering what you guys use and would recommend? šŸ«¶šŸ»

Hey everyone *im New here* šŸ‘‹šŸ¼

This is probably normal, My baby is six weeks today - in the daytime after a feed, change and tummy time he will go to sleep with no fussing etc in his DockAtot ( supervised ) i have now been taking him into his next to me instead for a nap as newborns sleep all the time.

But in his next to me hes very fussy and moves about a lot .. this is also the same in the night time, any suggestions?

Thank you ā¤ļøx

Is nursery a bit out of line?

Today I learned that my son was ā€œseen by someoneā€ when picking him up. Apparently speech therapist saw him in the nursery to evaluate him and I only learned about it on pick up.

No warning, no even proper explanation of what triggered it. With one staff member saying ā€œhe is not speaking at allā€, and another dismissing it and saying it’s completely normal.

And everyone seem to dismiss my shock as he is the most chatty happiest child at home.

So it triggers me that instead of finding a way to get him ā€œopen upā€ and make him feel secure so he starts speaking naturally. They now decided he needs to be ā€œfixedā€ and probably push him into more anxiety with it. Without even consulting us.
