What are you all having for dinner?

Beef tostadas
Taco mix beef mince in a folded over wrap that is toasted in the oven, with side salad and wedges

Last night we had a Thai green curry, I think tonight we are going to have enchiladas- some more ideas are sausage/ pie and mash, pasta bake, salmon with rosemary potatoes and veg, pizza( you can make your own dough, which makes it more like a date night and do it together) chilli and rice, jacket potatoes with beans and cheese

If you are out of ideas usually what I do is look at different restaurant menus and see if anything takes my fancy and just adapt it to what we have in or what I can make at home

Chilli con carne on top of tortilla chips with salsa, sour cream and loads of cheese haha xx

Not for dinner, but 2nds for lunch 😆 Spaghetti with tomato sauce, chorizzo, spinach, creme fraiche
