On Google it's 4 ounces 3 to 4 times a day. If I give her so much there'll be no more space for milk! The amount doctor recommended was even crazier! She's around 20 pounds and is having mostly my breast milk, some formula if I'm low in supplies, and 2 Turkish coffee cups of food in a day. Fruits in the fruit eater thing just as a snack 2 or 3 times a day.
What am I doing wrong?

My son is 7 months and drinks 7oz 5 times a day, and has two purées a day (lunch and dinner).
He is 18 pounds.

First, you're not doing anything wrong. Every baby is different, and you know your baby. If your method is working, then don't change it. Only change it if your baby starts to show signs that they want more.
Second, you've got to think about the fact that it's not liquid. Yes, it's a small amount, but for a new person who's never had it, it's entirely possible that it's a full plate.
I really don't remember how we transitioned my oldest, but I do remember that she quit the bottle by herself, which is what you're ultimately leading to, switching bottles for cups. Breastmilk for regular milk. (Which, by the way, doesn't have to be whole milk. As long as they're getting some kind of milk or milk products to get their calcium!)
My girl hasn't had too many solids lately, just because she didn't seem to do well the first time we tried. We bought the smaller baby food cups (2oz cups, I think), and we'll have a 6oz bottle on hand in case she gets frustrated with the food.

Food before a year is just for fun. Her main source of nutrients is still going to be milk

my LC said breastfed babies sometimes just stay at 4 ounces. My daughter never went past 6 ounces. My son is almost 7 months old and he just moved up to 6 ounces of breastmilk.

Brestfed babies shouldn’t eat more than 6oz at a time anyway, no matter how old. Formula is different

I just follow what my baby wants. She is 6 months and She drinks about 5oz formula with rice mixed in 6 times a day and half a jar of baby food twice a day so a full jar a day. When she’s done she won’t open her mouth and I don’t want to force feed her. She’s 18 pounds and super chunky so I know she’s not malnourished lol

Idk my baby only drinks 3-4 oz of breastmilk per feeding But she is on the lower side of things. But I can't get her to drink more. She eats every 2 to 3 hours. Not on solids yet due to esophagus and such not being fully developed.

So your not doing anything wrong. Like my ped said at the end of the day babies are humans too and they will eat when they want to and will eat as much as they want to.

Daughter is 6 months. Eating 4-4.5 oz every 3 hours during day. Eats about 2x during night
