My baby is 13 months and finially received support for suspected CMPA. We need to have a dairy free diet for 4 weeks, any tips on foods? I’ve been and got dairy free yoghurts, cheese and butter. Looking for breakfast, lunch and snacks ideas thankyou 💓💓💓

Just started this diet last week too. Most Asian food is dairy-free. We are having a lot of curries, noodles etc.
For breakfast I have overnight oats (with soya milk) fruit & seeds. Avocado toast& soups for lunch. For naughty snacks I have crumpets with flora “butter” and Oreo’s for my chocolate fix!

I was DF for almost 2 years with my LG and I found the cathedral city the nicest dairy free cheese, all DF cheese melts oddly, but I think cathedral city tastes nicest! I had to cut soy as well so couldn’t have some of them but the ben and jerrys dairy free ice cream is meant to be good! Some dark chocolate is naturally dairy free too. Good luck, I found overtime I sort of acclimatised to it and didn’t miss things in the same way x

I pretty much make the same recipes but with the dairy free alternatives so toast with DF butter, scrambled eggs for brekkie or cereal with plant milks. I agreed cathedral duty is good. Also Philadelphia plant based cream cheese. Bonus treats (Biscoff, Oreos)

My girls are both milk free and my eldest has been milk free for 2.5years.
Don’t bother with free from aisles, just look for what you usually have, look at the cheapest option and it’s usually milk free. It costs more to produce food with milk in so the cheapest versions usually are free from milk 😅
Like said I make the same recipes just make them dairy free
Cathedral is the best cheese!
Breakfast: over night oats, peanut butter on toast or just cereal
Snacks: banana pancakes, grated cheese, fruit, or homemade sweets
Evening meals - chicken korma, spag Bol, sausage casserole, beans on toast, egg and pasta salad
Etc x

Very helpful everyone thank you 🙏
