Started testing faintly positive on the 25th and started heavily bleeding and bad cramps 30th/31st
Stupid I know but working 12hrs today and as I walked in felt as if something fallen out/peed myself and this is what I've found
Assuming this is the pregnancy tissues coming away ?😪
I had a few chemicals last time ttc but don't remember so much at one time

Get yourself to the early pregnancy unit and ask to be scanned or even A&E. I miscarried at 6.5 weeks and it looked very similar to the first picture.
I’m so sorry you’re going through this💔

@Julia I work in a hospital so I'll maybe phone on my break for advice. So sorry you've went through this! ❤️ x

I’ve had this with my first chemical in August. My period was over a week late, and the test lines were getting darker, however waaaaay slower than with my very first pregnancy (which was healthy and full term). Started bleeding at 5+3 weeks, and it was heavier than what I’m used to, and kind of came in waves of heavy to medium, then once I passed a larger blood clot (same as yours), it’s started to slow down, so I think that’s when I’ve passed the pregnancy tissue. With my second chemical I was only 3 days late, and my period was as always, I haven’t noticed any changes. My tests lines this time though were way fainter. But I guess it’s also down to the individual. I’m sorry for your loss.😔 I haven’t called EPU in the end, because I didn’t see the point…they wouldn’t have told me anything new I didn’t already know. If you however start passing larger clots than these, and you have to change pads less than an hour, I’d get yourself checked out, just in case.

@Boglárka sorry you've gone through this. I have very erratic periods was 42day cycle buy ovulated late. Ye my lines were all quite faint but the tests were all before period due. Thanks lovely. I'm unsure if they'll just think I'm wasting their time. Thanks I'll keep an eye x

Sending so much love 🤍

@Brogan thanks lovely

So sorry ☹️
Yes, this is the pregnancy tissue. I personally wouldn’t go to a hospital to get checked unless the amount you are bleeding is soaking a pad in an hour. There’s nothing they can do because you are passing the pregnancy now.

@Amy thank you for confirming. I phoned EPAU as work next to it anyway. They were very nice and documented pregnancy/said what to look out for, some helpful resources and to take another test next week to confirm it's no longer positive amd phone back either way
