Don't think there is anything, you could follow someone's routine and get a different result. We have been up every 2 hours tonight from 10 then @ 12, 2 and I'd imagine more of the same as sleep gets worse for us as the night goes on! Longest we have ever had is 3.5 hours and that was maybe 1 stretch? X

I came on here (3am) to literally look if anyone has asked this 🤣 I had two nights last week ( in a row so thought that was it) of 6 hour stretches now we are back to 3.5/4, which I’m ok with but do miss 6!

I am the same! Little one also 7 weeks and I too had 2 stretches last week when she would do 5/6 and now we’re back to 3/4. I think it’s cause they’re learning so much at the moment they can’t sleep for long.

Hang in there it won’t be for long 🩷

Mine is doing 2-3 hour stretches at 7 weeks and would love a 4 hour!!!!!!

I know 4 hours even would be bliss! Imagine going to bed at 10 amd getting up at 6 having only been up once for a feed 🤣 I'm on feed 3 so far! I'm so envious in the morning when he goes for his first nap!

I’m one of these people, I think a lot of it is just babies temperament. Both my boys have always been great sleepers (touch wood) and I don’t think we’ve done anything particular. But I always say they make up for it when they’re awake 😂

But my one bit of advice would be make sure they’re actually hungry, don’t be too quick to pick them up. We use dummies and once or twice in the night I have to spend 5 mins helping with him dummy and he goes back down. Sometimes I’ll get up ready to make the bottle but leave him in his bed with his dummy, and by the time I’ve come back in he’s drifted back off. It took me a while to realise we were getting him up a bit too premature and it may have been a habit wake instead of hunger wake. Since I give him a bit of extra time to go back down and didn’t jump to make a bottle, he wakes anywhere from 4-7am after going to bed between 7-8pm x

The longest stretch my little one has had in the crib is 3.5 hours if that makes you feel any better! He's 6 wo. Waiting for the day it gets longer!

Mine doesn’t go more than 2 hours and I’m starting to look like beetlejuice

My little boy is 10 weeks and still doesn't sleep through we get 4 hours at the most. Some babies are great sleepers and some arnt. We've tried everything and nothing helps so we just roll with it. Xx

If it makes you feel any better, this one is sleeping through but my 3y/o still wakes up through the night. I don’t think there’s much rhyme or reason, it just comes down to the child x

I felt the exact same as this - get so caught up on trying to find ways to get him to sleep through the night until I kept getting told that they are babies and it is perfectly normal for them to wake and feed every 3 hours day or night. They will sleep through when they do and nothing we do will change that it is all normal x

Do men really enjoy fellatio?

Been together more than 10 years, but it's been a while since he even seemed remotely interested in me getting on my knees, or vice versa so to speak. I think it was once last year. Must be something I am doing wrong 🤔. Generally everything else in that department is great and we have two young kids with no extra support, so it's quite surprising we can't keep our hands off each other but may need to try new things. It's basically 2 positions each time with some foreplay.

Car seat crying

My 6 month old PANICS the second I put him in a car seat and screams, cries, chokes and recently even projectile vomited on a 14 minute drive. It’s gotten to the point I don’t even bring him out unless it’s to a doctors appointment. I’m a stay at home mom with no family in my state and it has been very isolating. We’ve tried 3 different car seats with no improvement. Has anyone had a baby who hated the car seat? Any advice? This started at 3 months. I will add it does seem worse when he’s tired. He does cry on every trip though. He only contact naps and co sleeps so he reaches for me and will not sleep in the car seat.

Vanilla extract

Has anyone used alcohol free vanilla in their babies formal to help them drink?
I’m 100% sure my baby refuses her bottles as she doesn’t like the taste of it!

Just anxious to try it, don’t want her to get used to it and then refuse bottles again after two weeks of using (correct me if I’m wrong but I’ve read you use it for 2 weeks max)

TIA 🙂

Sex post C section

Hi ladies I’m 4 weeks 5 days postpartum and I had a C section. I’m not bleeding properly anymore just some brownish discharge stuff that starts on and off. I’d like to do the deed with my partner; is it okay to do so or shall I wait the full 6 weeks. I feel up for it but also worried because the advice is 6-8 weeks.

Can someone pls help i keep making this post and nobody is responding

My boyfriend booked a trip for us to go to mexico for a week as my push present. I have severe anxiety leaving my 7 month old with my mom. I know she will be in good hands but she’s exclusively breast fed for the most part but accepts bottles just fine. i have all my pumping parts packed and will pump when baby normally eats but i don’t want baby to forget me or have latch issues when i return!! any mommas ever experience this?
