Baby wide awake and blowing raspberries in the night
Just wondering if anyone else is experiencing this? My daughter has pretty much always woken a few times a night but will generally go back down quickly with a feed or some soothing.
However in the last week once she wakes and we do our usual attempts at feeding/soothing she ends up wide awake once we put her down in her crib, kicking her legs and blowing raspberries. Was awake from 2.30-5.30 last night trying to get her back to sleep 🥲😩

Mine was squealing and squawking from 2-4am this morning, she’s been doing this on and off for weeks, it’s driving me nuts! 🙈
@Lauren it’s a nightmare isn’t it 😭 they’re so cute but wish they’d save it for the daytime haha

Usually, after a leap, babies want to practice what they've learned. And their logic is what better time to practice than in the middle of the night! MybLB was doing that a few days ago at 5am 🤦🏾♀️ but, if they're happy, not crying, the hv advice is put them down. They'll either soothe themself and fall asleep. Or when it's time to feed again they'll ask for it.
