Infected c section?

Red, swollen, hot, smelly, leaky fluid or really tender

there will be smell even if it’s not infected and still closing but nothing rotten or super painful

My incision started opening at parts and was leaking so I contacted triage to get a swab done. If you have any concerns always get it checked to be on the safe side 🩷

I remember the smell, I kept asking my partner to check it as thought it was infected but it was healing perfectly x

yes mine smelled like earring back so i had to keep a period pad in that area to keep it dry & from sweating

I did the same, and slept on my back so it could breathe at night. X

Please go and get it checked out keep your mind at rest 🙏 x
