Why do so many posts bury the lede?
Two posts today asked mundane questions and then in the explanation revealed controlling behaviour by their partner.
I see it often and I’m not sure if they want advice on the controlling behaviour and just don’t know how to ask, or if it’s just so normalized to them that they don’t see the red flags.

What seems obvious and crazy to some of us is other women’s normal unfortunately. Some people are so used to living in chaos and toxicity they are blind to it and dont even realize how it sounds
