Is there a sleep regression at 19 months because I am going really crazy over here. My daughter doesn't want to nap or sleep at night at all. She's being so chaotic and wants to be let go even if I slightly hold her to put her to sleep, then she starts jumping all over on my bed. If she even falls asleep, she wakes up once I put her in her crib. I am going crazy. She's just being so restless and overwhelmed. All she wants to do is play and run around.

Ive been wondering the same thing. My son has been sleeping in his own room since he was 7 months old and we'd put him down awake and he'd go to sleep on his own without fuss and sleep through the night. Now for the last few days he's been waking up multiple times through the night screaming bloody murder and won't go back to sleep unless he's with us. And even then he'll wake up screaming again in 5-10 min

We have been having issues as well, my son always went to sleep at 8pm and now there are nights when he does not go down until 10 or 11pm and nothing has changed in terms of routine. So pretty sure this is some sort of developmental leap as he is talking a lot more and has adopted a bunch of new skills.

Same. If she sleeps she will get one hour and wake up again and stay awake until 3 am! These past few days she does not want to sleep in her crib at ALL. I just don't know what to do. Maybe it's just another phase and it will end soon. Just want it to be sooner though.

I definitely think so too. She also sleeps really late and wakes up early so she's not even getting enough sleep in my opinion. She still is really energetic though. Mine is talking more as well and is starting to become more clever and wise. Hopefully this phase ends soon.

Same here! I *think* we might be coming out the other side of the 18/19month regression. I can see a faint light at the end of the tunnel since naps and nights are getting a little bit better. I ended up just putting a mattress on the floor next to my sons toddler bed. He starts the night on his on and then the first few wake ups I lay next to him but have him in his own bed. Eventually he ends up on the mattress with me for the rest of the night. Unfortunately putting the mattress in his room was a last resort but it's allowed us to both get some sleep

Same! I’m still trying to figure it out .
