7 days and nothing has passed naturally

Hi ladies, currently going through a MC. It has been 7 days and nothing has passed yet, I know it can take up to 14, but I cant go through this pain much longer. We have a follow up appointment at the EPU on 19th but I cant wait till then, im crippled over in pain most days now & nothing is happening. What shall I do? Do I wait and just go through it, or shall I go to A&E and ask for medical management?

Hi I had a similar experience with my miscarriage and opted for medical management around that same time point. It was hard in its own way but I couldn't just keep waiting. For what it's worth I still feel like that was the right decision for me. Sending love 💕

Im so sorry. I waited 14 days and absolutely nothing happened so i decided to take the pills. I had no physical pain but was wrecked emotionally, so getting it over with was actually good. Are you seeing a doctor already? Here they were monitoring me, so I'd go back every x days to check progress and they'd give me options

Help

I was getting pretty painful period cramps and during those, I had painful lower back cramps. I had these on and off for like a few hours so from about 10:30pm to 1am?

I’ve had no show, or anything like that.

Is this braxton hicks or early labour pains?

Little girl turning herself sideways in next to me

My little girl tonight, has spun herself so she is lying sideways in her next to me, making me panic!

Is this normal at 4.5 months, do I just lie her back normally/vertically?

Labour??

I’ve had on/off mild period cramps since 9 last night, very irregular and very mild, but I just had one that woke me up. My waters haven’t gone and nor has my mucous plug… but could this be a sign that it’s close?! I’m 40+3 and desperate to meet her!

Caffeine addiction suuucks. (Coffee)

I'm off of literally everything. Don't smoke, no medicine, don't drink except VERY rare occasion, nothing. I drink a large coffee everyday (usually mcdonalds or 7 brew)... or a couple cups of coffee at home if I don't get out. Today I had neither and I was OUT FOR THE COUNT. Awful headache, no motivation, throwing up. Then I drink coffee and it's instantly better. 🙃 coffee is one hell of a drug I tell ya.

Groin pain?

So I’m 34 weeks with my second and for a couple days now I’ve had terrible groin pain so bad that sometimes I can’t even walk or shift a certain way or I feel like the baby is just gonna rip out of my groin… I definitely was uncomfortable towards the end with my last pregnancy but this is just absolutely awful. Is anyone else experiencing this? Or anything that helps?? It’s making it so hard to still care for a toddler when I can barely move without pain..
