My daughter is 10.5 months old. My supply basically cup in half when I got sick for a few days when she was about 7 months and it never really came back up, it's basically just been slowlyyyyy dwindling down. I had a HEAVY freezer stash but she refused it, so now she only gets it in her baths so I don't have to totally waste it. But I went from getting almost 60oz a day in my prime, to 30oz/day when it dropped, and now I'm only pumping twice a day and lucky if I can get 5oz TOTAL for the day (30 minutes EACH session...).... She'll drink between 6-8oz 4x a day (8oz mostly only at bedtime). When my supply wasn't really coming back up is when I started to mix formula with what little breastmilk I was able to produce, but now her bottles are majority formula at this point.
My big question here, is it exceptable to drop down to pumping only pumping every 24 hours? Since I'm basically only getting 3, maybe 4oz each pump? I don't just want to completely stop because I want her to have SOME of my milk for as long as possible, but I don't even think my body will make it until she's a year...(EP is fking EXHAUSTING)

I ended up slowly stopping and completely quitting about a week before my daughter's 1st bday. She was on formula, and she finally accepted the formula with some cows' milk mixed in. We started giving her cows milk at 11 months for her to get used to it.
