Cobb is pretty easy I worked in the court system for Cobb for a few years. This link should be able to help you. You don’t have to schedule an appointment but you can if you want to.

So we're in Gordon County all we(I🤣) did was call and made an appointment to get our marriage license we are gonna get the other side of it(ceremony side) done here soon here in Gordon you have to make an appointment

It’s her fault for not taking their morning after pill.
He tells her straight up that he’s not going to be involved and that she should terminate it.
She says that she won’t terminate and she hopes that he does stick around

So she deliberately gets pregnant, basically traps him
