The Nara app is my favorite for tracking everything!

I really like the huckleberry app

Huckleberry- used it for both kids I sometimes refer back to my firsts to see if I can expect some things for my second. I used baby tracker first and didn’t like it. Huckleberry has been the best for me and my husband to both use

Avatar

My cousin swears by Huckleberry. She used it with both her kids.

Avatar

and you paid for it too? Just checking!

Avatar

oh no lol I don’t pay for anything 😆 it’s free!!

Avatar

it’s said I have 14 day free I have just downloaded it I don’t want it to charge me after this hmmm

Avatar

I tried NARA first. I did not really like it. I was thinking there has to be an app that is more user-friendly and has better widgets so I I tried Huckleberry. It has been two days and I love it.

Avatar

did you pay for it? Says 14 days free when I’ve just did it ahhh but what about after that haha

Avatar

Huckleberry is amazing, the free version allows you to track everything but I did pay for premium and it was life changing! It helps predict sleep patterns and sweet spots so you don’t have to work it all out…constant advice and monthly check ins, well worth it!

Avatar

I did the free and then the paid I just pay for a year and cancel it because I feel after a year I got a good rhythm going. I did it with both my girls. The second I did it right away and she has been sleeping through the night since 3 weeks old

Avatar

really? This is good to know! So if you don’t pay for it it doesn’t show you the predictions etc? You’d reccomend paying then I guess?

Avatar

Huckleberry for tracking

Avatar

really? That’s good to know.. so you’d reccomend keeping it and paying for it? What did you find the best about it?

Avatar

are you sure you’re not looking at the premium version? I’ve never had to pay for it however I downloaded it in 2022 and never deleted so when I had my son this past July I got right in. Maybe they changed it but it sounds like it should still be free

Avatar

1000% you can get the plus version which still gives you all the predictions and reports, I just got premium because I had a great offer at the time.
The only difference on premium is you can get personalised sleep plans which is a bit like pampers sleep app, it guides you on how to help sleep train baby based on your survey answers.
Plus is brilliant and after a year my little girl is down to 1 nap so it’s not necessary as I go off her sleepy cues now x

Avatar

Agree with the others, huckleberry is amazing! I started tracking everything when she was born then at 4 months started paying to get the sweet spots etc and it works amazing for my girl to make sure she isn’t getting over tired

Avatar

Huckleberry is the absolute best

Avatar

hey! Oh yes I’ve just seen so the plus is £9 a month and the preminum is £13

Avatar

the free one? I mean it’s saying I have another hour to wait for his nap but he’s tired now so surely just let him sleep now right? Xx

Avatar

do your free trial and at the end of it you might get an offer to upgrade for less.
Yeah, if he’s due a nap now, let him sleep and then try and follow the app where you can to get him into a routine x

Avatar

this app is a guide and does predict based on the data you put in but if ever you see your little one showing sleepy cues before the nap time that’s perfectly fine, put him to sleep as usual and log it then the app will automatically amend his sleep and wake windows accordingly x

Avatar

The paid version of huckleberry! Still using at 15 months and the sweet spot is accurate to the minute for us x

Avatar

oh really? Do you pay for premium? Can you cancel at anytime if paying monthly or?

Avatar

Baby tracker! Its free. You and your partner can both have it on your phones and the data is synched

Avatar

I used huckleberry with my first and am using it again with my second. I have the free version but am considering paying for the premium because it helped so much with my first and my second is having a harder time with sleep. My sister used it for her little girl too and we both love it!

Avatar

ok got you! I’ve got the free for 2 weeks then says will pay I guess! Can I cancel st any time if needed too x

Avatar

I paid for the year outright so not sure but by the looks of your screenshot it says you can cancel anytime x

Avatar

Huckleberry was a game changer for me! So helpful. I did pay for the premium

Avatar

@Hannah yes, then mark that he is sleeping. It will adjust his nap the more you log.

Avatar

so you think it’s worth paying for premium?

Avatar

ok Thankyou!

Avatar

yeah we pay but it’s well worth it for us. Can cancel anytime x

Avatar

for me it gave me peace of mind because I was struggling with knowing when she “should” be napping and when bedtime was recommended. Now I probably don’t need the premium as much because I use the sweet spot setting to predict naps and bedtime. It did help me in the beginning though, more so to ease my anxiety and have some sort of structure.

Avatar

it’s £8.99 a month for the version I use and yes you can cancel at any time ☺️

Avatar

Huckleberry but I pay extra for the plus version for the nap predictor

Avatar

I use the napper app

Avatar

Huckleberry. The free version is great but if you ever need help with finding out the sweet spot to put your baby to sleep for their nap you can always upgrade, they always have discounts and free trials.
Been using it for 14 months and still using it

Avatar

Huckleberry 💪🏻

Avatar

I use huckleberry, we started with the free and then got a year of premium when they had a mother's day sale. It has been so helpful

Avatar

I really like the huckleberry. I paid for the sweet spot. It’s pretty accurate

Avatar

I paid too. Love it

Do men really enjoy fellatio?

Been together more than 10 years, but it's been a while since he even seemed remotely interested in me getting on my knees, or vice versa so to speak. I think it was once last year. Must be something I am doing wrong 🤔. Generally everything else in that department is great and we have two young kids with no extra support, so it's quite surprising we can't keep our hands off each other but may need to try new things. It's basically 2 positions each time with some foreplay.

Vanilla extract

Has anyone used alcohol free vanilla in their babies formal to help them drink?
I’m 100% sure my baby refuses her bottles as she doesn’t like the taste of it!

Just anxious to try it, don’t want her to get used to it and then refuse bottles again after two weeks of using (correct me if I’m wrong but I’ve read you use it for 2 weeks max)

TIA 🙂

Naps

How is everyone doing for naps?

Little one is 9 months old and will have 2 half hour naps and one solid 1 hour - 2 hour nap a day

Then settles for night around 9pm. Wakes for a feed around 3:30 then sleeps until 6-7

Sex post C section

Hi ladies I’m 4 weeks 5 days postpartum and I had a C section. I’m not bleeding properly anymore just some brownish discharge stuff that starts on and off. I’d like to do the deed with my partner; is it okay to do so or shall I wait the full 6 weeks. I feel up for it but also worried because the advice is 6-8 weeks.

Car seat crying

My 6 month old PANICS the second I put him in a car seat and screams, cries, chokes and recently even projectile vomited on a 14 minute drive. It’s gotten to the point I don’t even bring him out unless it’s to a doctors appointment. I’m a stay at home mom with no family in my state and it has been very isolating. We’ve tried 3 different car seats with no improvement. Has anyone had a baby who hated the car seat? Any advice? This started at 3 months. I will add it does seem worse when he’s tired. He does cry on every trip though. He only contact naps and co sleeps so he reaches for me and will not sleep in the car seat.
