I still bf my LO. She bf to sleep since 4 months. I think it comfort her. She refused bottle and dummy. The problem is she sleeps on my bed and refused her cot which is right next to my bed.
Still going here. I fed my eldest until 3, and I have found parenting with BFing easier through the 2 year old tantrums than my partner did, so I will keep going unless this cutie decides to wean himself! I totally get the depleted feeling though!
You are not alone! It is rough. I am currently working FT but but our LO as pretty much full access when I'm home. He relies on the boob to fall asleep at night, and at various stages throughout the night (doesn't sleep through). I'm considering weaning as well, but I just don't know where to start. Might be good to speak advice from your child health nurse at the hospital?
I’m still BFing my LO! 2 feeds a day (sometimes 3). I don’t really have any experience in weaning… but maybe dropping a day feed somewhere and redirecting her to either water, dummy or food may help?
