Concerned about lack of symptoms

This is my second pregnancy and I’m concerned after my first being full of symptoms and sickness that something is wrong just because I don’t have many symptoms.
I’m 10 weeks tomorrow.
I have had symptoms including sickness, food aversions and heightened sense of smell but they seem to have warn off. I do still feel sick if I’m not eating regularly but it’s nothing like my first pregnancy so I just worry something is wrong. Has anyone else been in this position?

I have no signs that are concerning, no bleeding, no cramps but just wanted some advice.

Have you had any scans yet? Maybe a private scan might ease your worries. Plenty of people have no symptoms. You may just be one of the lucky ones. Symptoms don’t necessarily mean baby is fine either unfortunately. You’re experiencing some sickness so that’s a symptom. Not everyone gets severe sickness. X

Hey hun.

Don’t worry, this is completely normal. I was exactly the same . I had no symptoms for 2 days , panicked , booked in for a private scan and everything was fine. Yesterday symptoms came back with revenge. Symptoms come and go hun it’s normal the midwife told me this. Try not to worry ❤️

Thank you for the advice and reassurance both! I never had an early scan with my first and thought I’m so close to a 12 week scan as I have one booked for 2 weeks tomorrow. I will see how I feel over the next few days. I think it’s so easy to compare to previous pregnancies and I was SO sick with my first that this just seems strange! xx

Do active babies in the womb become active newborns?

I had my 40 week ultrasound yesterday (on my due date) and the doctor mentioned how active my baby is. Curious as to your experiences regarding if your baby was active in the womb, are they likely to be active when they’re newborn? 😊

Small bumps

I have a really small bump, at 27 weeks pregnant. People keep commenting on the fact my bump is so small and its starting to worry & get me down. Has anyone here had a small bump with a baby that weighed measured average size? Its really worrying me! I have a 30 week scan and one at 37 weeks because im on a moderate pathway - had a gastric sleeve in 2023 so its to check she is growing but as the comments are coming im now panicking where I wasnt before 😫

Early Labour?

I’m 34 weeks today, since 3am I’ve been having irregular cramping which becomes quite intense and has caused me to vomit. I’ve also had diarrhoea. Could I be in early labour or could I just have a bad stomach? I feel generally well in myself

When is it ok to start running again? Health visitor advised to wait longer before running but did anyone start at 7 weeks and how?
I know I won't be running marathons any time soon and probably have to start back at a couch to 5k but when?! I'm getting restless legs! Advice please

28wk5days growth scan📈

I’ve just been to my first growth scan as my bump was measuring small, for the lady to say that baby should be between 2pound 2ounces - 2pound 5ounces and my baby is measuring 2pound 15ounces which is above average, any one else has similar measurements?x
