If your baby wakes at 7am, what time do they go to bed?

And how much daytime sleep are they having?
I think I need to cap my LO’s daytime sleep as he’s started to wake at 5am really upset, when he used to wake happily at 6.30/7am.

7pm bed time with a dream feed at 10:30pm and he will then wake up around 6:30/7am xxx

I think it all depends on your little one, I go with what she wants, she has a bottle at 9pm and bed when she tells me, this can be 9.30 or even 10.40, she sleeps through to 9am but can wake earlier sometimes but I think that's teething starting to happen. Waking at 5 could be due to teething or maybe a cold? My girl also still naps between each bottle feed as well.

630pm bedtime, dream feed at 10.30pm, wake up at 6.30/7am

what time is their last nap? I would love my LO to go at 7.30 like his sister but I can’t get him there, he’s absolutely shattered by 6.30!

7 pm bed time and 7am wake up with 3 naps at 10am, 2pm and 5pm

My girl usually goes from 7.30/8 through til 7am. She has recently started waking for a feed around 1.30am whereas she didn’t do that for months but she is teething.
Her last nap more recently finishes around 4.30 and how long she has depends on how long she has already napped but I do cap it at 1hr 15 max

5pm goes down for the night, will wake for a small feed around 9pm then falls back to sleep instantly. Wakes up again around 4am then again at 6:30-7am.
My baby gets overtired super quickly though. He also has 2-3 naps a day (10am, 1pm and sometimes 3:30pm but usually skips it).. depends on what we’re doing for the day!

The same has happened to my boy but giving him less day sleep has actually made it worse! Mine goes to sleep at 7pm and used to wake about 7am but it’s gone to 5am - I saw something that said this happens when 2 naps isn’t enough but 3 naps is too much (although my little one is always overtired so early wake ups can happen when they’re overtired too!)

My little one goes down between 7.30/8.30 and wakes up around 7.00/7.30am but that’s with a bottle in the night and a few wake ups for resettling or dummy - naps are usually 30 mins at 10am & 2 hours at 2.30pm xx

Bedtime between 7&7:30pm and we wake her up between 7&7:30am
Naps at the moment are a nightmare and shorter but she's having between 4&5hrs in the day.
Nap 1 9:30-11:30ish then nap 2 2;30-5ish but can finish earlier and we will have a long slog until bedtime!

Help! First time mum -

I have a 4 month old and now all of a sudden when he’s been asleep for 1hr30/2hrs he will wake up screaming (high pitched) I’ve tried winding him sometimes that helps, I’ve tried bicycle legs & bringing his knees up but that doesn’t seem to help but he brings his knees up himself sometimes but nothing happens. I’ve noticed since the 4 month mark he has started to struggle passing wind downwards! Any tips?

Breastfeeding

Does it ever feel better? The actual feeding part of it is going really well and baby boy is growing so well. I’m struggling with how my boobs feel day to day - it’s really getting me down most days. The let downs make me feel awful and sounds silly but, I am also really missing not wearing a bra! 9 weeks postpartum and still getting fairly engorged, even with comfort pumping.

Any advice or just shared stories would help. I’m so torn between carrying on because I enjoy the feeding side of it or switching to formula.

Bath Time

Help! My baby is 3 and a half weeks old. Every bath she goes in quite happy but will only stay like this for a very few mins, if I try to clean her or move her we have tears and after a few mins the same. It's like she is scared. Our current baby bath is quite big should I try a different one? Looking for any suggestions as want her to enjoy bath time not be upset and I'm scared I'm going to make her hate it😢💗

Big nursing bras!

I’m looking for recommendations for good nursing bras for bigger breasted ladies!

I’m currently in a 38H which seems to be the biggest size done at M&S (UK based mama here) and it’s snug and not as supportive as I’d like. When I look online, they mainly seem to be sized S, M, L, XL etc rather than bra sizes.

Any recommendations please?

Strange question

Hello. I would identify myself as asexual but yes i am married and i have a child. But now that ive had my baby. I think its solidified that im done having sex. I feel bad as my partner keeps asking me but i just dont want to. Any advice on what i can do? Any other asexual moms out there? I guess this could be confusing but im not huge on being bound by a label. I have just always felt it represented me best since highschool.
