Liking this cause I am also confused on what to buy

We mostly use weleda but partly because a family member works there and gets discount! But they are natural products. You might want to stick to water for baths in the early days.

I have just got a bundle from boots of Johnson’s baby products. I got the shampoo, lotion, baby bath (bubbles) and the body wash all for £10 x

Download the On Skin app you can do searches or scan bar codes and it scores the products. Green is best and it rates the products out of 100. Nalas baby, Hipp, Aveeno,Dove come out as best.

Child’s Farm seems to be a cheap but great product and has organic ingredients. We also used Weleda last time, Green People and Neal’s Yard.

Aveeno as it is paediatrician and dermatologist approved x

I think for the first month it’s recommended to just use water, no creams apart from nappy cream as your babys skin is adjusting to what it needs to do outside the womb to stay hydrated etc, but we have gone for aveeno once we use bodywash etc

Download Yuka app on your Apple Store, then go to boots and scan the products barcodes and it tells you the ingredients and the percentage of how safe they are. Childfarm, welda, nala, Mustela has very high rating ranging from 85%-100% meaning they are very good. The app is a life saver

I second Yuka, I’ve opted for Nala’s baby range as it seems to be the highest % i could find x

yes me too settled for Nala and one Childfarm x💃🏻

Sleeping through

If your baby is sleeping through the night are you ever nervous about saying that to other parents with babies of the same age? My toddler no longer sleeps through without coming into our bed but did until about 11 months old and now my 11 week old has been sleeping solid for 3 or 4 weeks now. I always feel like I can’t say it to other mums because it comes across like I’m showing off…I know what the sleep deprivation feels like and how you can just resent anyone for anything🤣 but I kind of feel like I can’t relate sometimes.

Is there any correlation between sleeping through the night and types of feeding?

Did your baby age 0-6months sleep through the night, 6 hours or more, and how were they fed? It always see like formula fed babies sleep through the night sooner than breastfed babies.

Hey everyone *im New here* 👋🏼

This is probably normal, My baby is six weeks today - in the daytime after a feed, change and tummy time he will go to sleep with no fussing etc in his DockAtot ( supervised ) i have now been taking him into his next to me instead for a nap as newborns sleep all the time.

But in his next to me hes very fussy and moves about a lot .. this is also the same in the night time, any suggestions?

Thank you ❤️x
