Can someone please explain this to me! 🙏🏻 So I have an early riser and keep seeing posts about yay my 5am riser will now be waking up at 6am 🎉. …..surely this will only be on the morning after the clock change and the following morning will just wake up at 5am new time? I’m so confused.

Depends if you try and shift the routine at all. If you leave your routine as-is, so if baby currently goes to bed at 7pm for example then this would become 8pm after clocks change. Maybe you could end up shifting everything back this way so they don't wake so early. But like you say I'm sure a lot of people will adjust their overall routine so it will end up the same as before after a few days.
yeah so after the first day, unless I shift so he goes to bed an hour later, he will just go back to getting up early! So I still lose as if I shifted the routine I’d just lose the hour in the evening to gain it in the morning. 🤷🏼♀️

Start before the clocks change. Push bedtime 15 mins later for 4 days
doesn’t matter how late I put my little one to bed, he still wakes up at 5.30

Oh no! All the advice is that it takes 2 weeks of consistently changing their routine to take effect.
I think he’s just an early riser at the moment but people kept saying to me how the clock change would change it all and I didn’t understand how 😂 it’s only going to change things if I put him to bed an hour later on new time but then I’m not actually gaining anything as just losing an hour to myself before bed instead of after. Nevermind 😂

It's all a phase 🫣 my eldest used to get up at 4:30 and for 2 months and then went back to 6:30!
