Hey moms, looking for advice on what’s working best for your little ones when it comes to afternoon and nighttime feeds. I’d like to introduce a dream feed, but we’re currently giving a bottle around 9:30 PM, which feels too early to offer another one at 11:00 PM. Any tips?

I currently feed my LO her last feed at 8.30, she’s then in her crib for 9.30, she then won’t wake until 1am but the last few nights has actually slept until 4am before waking again.
But it’s tough as all babies are different :( she’s 10 weeks.

Hi! Try to settle her before giving her a bottle. Sometimes we feed them in advance. First, make sure they are awake sometimes they are sleep moving and making noises, if they are (and not crying) give a dummy if you use and gently rock them in the crib with your hand on their chest, if they are still awake (and not crying) try to rock them to sleep, if that doesn’t work, or are crying feed them. I started to do that and now my LO has slept for 8-9 hours some nights. It’s just a little nudge that supports their capacity to sleep trough.
