Really random one, but do any other mums suffer from sleep paralysis? I had reduced instances SO much with growing older and getting better sleep habits but I’m finding the over tiredness and broken sleep mean it’s happening fairly regularly again and I’m finding this is what is exhausting me. Having to get up and walk around in the night to actually get out of the cycle as if I keep going back to sleep without breaking the cycle it keeps happening. I know this is a niche one 😂 but wondering if any mums cans relate at all?

Hi, yes, I had this more often in the past, almost happened after I gave birth due to fatigue and broken sleep but I just sense when it s about to happen and I wake up and just stay awake for 10 min. I know is hard but better than feeling paralysed and with black shadows on your back 🤣🤣🤣
