There’s never a right time to pack that hospital bag! The earlier prepared the better. 🫶

I prepped mine at 30 weeks and baby decided to come the day he turned 32 weeks!

Im 35 weeks and haven’t 😂 all I really need is my wallet and charger honestly, I didn’t even touch anything in my bag with the first baby, I was there 24 hours tops and they gave me all the pp stuff

Natalia I like your idea lol 😂

I would pack it now. Dont over pack as you will get thing for you AND Baby at the hospital. Inalso reccomend bringing your own pillow, blankets 10ft chargers. Massagers anything you need IF you plan on BF ect ect.

i packed mine DURING LABOR. don’t make that mistake .

I packed mine the day I went to the hospital😅 but I wasn’t planning on birthing at a hospital

I started buying things for my hospital bag at a little bit before I was 8 months along

I would pack mine right now because you might have to add bits you've forgotten about. Here's the most important things to include:
Instant formula bottles (if you're planning on bottle feeding)
A power bank for your gadgets
Nappies
Booby pads
Maternity pads
A good book
Wask bag with your favourite toiletries etc etc

I would pack it now honestly don’t forget diapers for yourself
You’re going to want them not the pads the hospital provides

I didn’t pack and I went in at 33 😩

I’m 32 weeks and I’m going to start packing now! Get it out of the way

Pjs, going home clothes, shower shoes, chapstick, and a phone charger. But I do recommend having a snack/drink bag. That was the best thing we brought 🤣 after labor. I had like 4 slim Jim's and a Dr pepper. It was like a reward.
I'd pack now, better to be prepared than anything, plus I always thought that being packed and ready would make the baby stay inside longer lol

Girl I packed mine at 39 weeks at 4 days 😂😂😂😂😂😂 but with my first I was a lot better it’s nicer to do it sooner and be organized 🩷 wishing you a safe delivery

I half packed mine, but then baby arrived at 34 weeks and it was really awkward trying to remember where things were and help my partner find everything that was needed whilst I was in hospital! So with hindsight I'd say don't worry about doing it too early!!

I packed mine when my water broke at 36 weeks and wished I had packed it earlier. I also packed all wrong bc I had no idea I would be there for over a week bc my baby was in the NICU! I wish I’d packed more snacks and comfy clothes to breastfeed in. I never touched any books or entertainment I packed bc I was too sleep deprived the whole time to function lol but ymmv

Now, my dear!

I started packing mine at 36 weeks and still wasn’t done by 36w6d and he made a surprise appearance the next day so defo pack now😂the earlier the better!

I'm a home birther and joke about forgetting to pack items.. my husband doesn't know where I keep things so asking for a hair tie while in labor was like mission impossible 🤣 the earlier the better for the bulk of things that your husband may not know where to grab from.. once you're laboring it takes 10x longer to do or find things.

I wasn’t packed yet and went in at 36 weeks

When I went to labour 😂

I’m 32 weeks I packed my bags at 30 weeks

I didn’t pack, I just had my husband get anything if we needed anything from home.
- change of clothes for me and the baby when we leave the hospital. (Wore the hospital gown the time there)
- phone charger, toothbrush/paste, glasses
- we already had the car seat in the car ready before the baby came.
Everything else was available at the hospital. Snacks, drinks, socks, gowns, diapers, baby gown and hat, postpartum care, etc.

Ahhhh I didn’t pack and went into labour when I was 35 weeks and it was an awful experience packing last minute. I literally had to order things to my in-laws to bring it to me at the hospital
Hello lovely! The NHS has guidelines and that pretty much is all the essentials! I would just note a few things to get which are not on the list
1) water bottle with a straw as it’s hard to unscrew a cap in between contractions
2) 3m phone cable as the plugs are far from the bed
3) birth comb to help with pain during birth
4) postpartum belly wrap to help with recovery

you’ve got this! 💪🏻
